Liz Thompson-McCracken is the creator of ‘Kicking Ass After 50!’ It’s a site that not only celebrates being 50+, but it offers plant based meal plans, vegan recipes and vegan skin care & make up! Liz has an incredible story that led her to becoming a vegan - part of which involves reading T. Colin Campbell’s “The China Study.” She has her certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and an Honours certificate in Culinary Nutrition from the Culinary Nutrition Expert Program! Liz can create an entire meal plan for you based on your personal health needs. She is continuously expanding her research and overall is just a great person to chat with!
